    BluJay Solutions, a provider of supply chain software and services, has acquired Blackbay Ltd, a provider of mobility-enabled solutions for the transport and logistics industry.

    With the acquisition, BluJay expands its mobile offerings with comprehensive shipment tracking and proof-of-delivery capture.

    Germany-based Tevex is adding 166 new refrigerated vehicles to its fleet, including an all-electric S.KOe Cool box trailer and an ePTO-ready transport refrigeration unit.
