Dynamic Transit, an 100% asset-based truckload carrier headquartered in the St Louis MO area, announced a pay increase for all its drivers recently. The increase is the biggest since the company’s formation in 1987.

This pay raise is designed to establish Dynamic Transit as a leader in compensation for refrigerated company drivers.

A Women Business Enterprise (WBENC), Dynamic Transit operates a fleet of approximately 230 late-model and new Peterbilt tractors, all equipped with satellite tracking and amenities for driver comfort.

The company also operates more than 550 trailers equipped with remote temperature monitoring capabilities and Seal Guard Locking systems installed for tamper-proof security. Dynamic Transit provides cargo climate control and can accommodate refrigerated, chilled and frozen products. The firm’s foodgrade services comply with Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) regulations.

In the early 1980s the owners of Dynamic Transit, Fred and Michele Khani, were over-the-road truck drivers. By 1987, they made a decision to turn their trucking passion into a business and thus, Dynamic Transit was established.
