Ryder System Inc (NYSE:R) presented its Service Excellence Awards to top-performing carriers at its eighth annual Mexican Carrier Recognition Event at the Hotel Westin Santa Fe in Mexico City recently.
Twenty Mexican trucking companies were recognized for their excellence in several key performance areas, such as safety and security, on-time performance, customer service, and continuous improvement for the last full calendar year.
The Mexican carrier companies were evaluated according to four major criteria: safety, overall capabilities, financial billing with Ryder and participation in Ryder accounts. For the 2017 period, 20 winners were chosen from among a pool of eligible Mexican carrier companies. Here are the Ryder Service Excellence Awards winners:
