ThermoPod provides shippers of organic foods, cosmetics, and health and wellness products with its ThermoPod super-insulated temperature control and protective mailers and ThermoKeeper packaging liners. These products are manufactured with materials that break down safely in nature over time, making them smart alternatives to foam packaging.

ThermoPod mailers and ThermoKeeper packaging liners cosset and cuddle shipped beef and dairy products, nutritional supplements, and skincare products with superior cushioning while maintaining an ideal temperature range for year-round shipping.

The outer surface of the ThermoPod mailers and ThermoKeeper packaging liners is a waterproof poly film, while the inner surface is a perforated poly film that allows for absorption of unwanted condensation, protecting orders from excessive moisture.

Sandwiched between the films and sealed on all sides is a proprietary 1½" ultra-insulating pad made from recycled purified flocked organic cotton, to which super-absorbent fibers and antimicrobial powders have been added during manufacture. Both films and padding do not carry long-term unwelcome environmental effects.

The strategic placement of the phase-change refrigerant is designed so placement minimizes damage if the payload undergoes some thawing from unforeseen delays in shipping or pick-up.

ThermoPod envelopes and ThermoKeeper packaging liners fold together and ship flat for lower in-bound freight costs and efficient warehouse storage.

When ready for use, the packaging lines easily assemble into an air-tight, stand-up cooling chamber with a full flap-over lid to fit snugly inside a shipping box. The superior insulation qualities and extended temperature-control duration allow shippers to use second-day freight, thus avoiding the expense of overnight shipping.

ThermoPod mailers are available in 9" x 11", 12" x 14", and 14" x 18" sizes, as well as custom sizes. ThermoKeeper packaging liners are customizable to any size container.
