In this five-part series, we will discuss everything you need to know to convert your fleet into a battery electric fleet. Our panelists will draw upon their expert knowledge and what they are hearing in the trenches to provide attendees with the most current actionable information.


Speakers

         

Van was integral in the startup of the operations for InCharge Energy with over 35 years of experience in Construction, Fleet Fueling, Facilities Management, Data Center Reliability, EV Charging Infrastructure development and EV Solutions for OEM Auto Makers across the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe. Previously, Van was the Director of Business Dev. and had P&L responsibility for ABM’s National Accounts team as it built out a large portion of early adopter EV infrastructure. Prior to that Van operated several TEGG Service Franchises in Arizona and Virginia for Electrical Maintenance and Testing.

      

Curtis Schultz is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager for the Transportation Electrification business at Burns & McDonnell. In the last 10 years He has lead Engineering, Procurement, and Construction efforts with various Utilities and Public/Private Fleet clients in their goals toward zero emissions. Curtis prioritizes understanding each client along their electrification journey and providing them with solutions for today as well as recognizing future growth and planning make ready solutions for tomorrow. Curtis is excited and opportunistic about the future of transportation and working through the remaining problems that have yet to be solved. Curtis received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University.

       

Devin Sclater serves as the Fleet Business Development Manager at ABB E-mobility. She started her career in the fuel industry, purchasing and selling bulk fuel in multiple eastern markets and working with both internal and external fleets of multiple types and sizes. From there, she went to Dominion Energy and joined their electrification team, working on internal and external programs, public education, and various analysis and reporting. Through this position, she fell in love with electric vehicles. At ABB, Devin is able to combine her love for EVs and experience with fleets, focusing on sales strategies for various fleet customers and working with the sales team to discuss with customers how they can efficiently electrify. Devin has been on podcasts with CleanTechnica and DHL and is excited to speak at more conferences this year.
