Roadside Assistance for Fleet now available

Verizon Connect is offering the first three months free for new and existing customers, requiring a minimum 39-month subscription.

Roadside Assistance for Fleet from Verizon Connect is now available for customers to connect admins and their drivers to 24/7 emergency roadside service. Customers can access services from the Reveal live map or the Field app to get drivers back on the road as quickly as possible.

The program is available to new and existing Fleet customers, including all commercial vehicle types – light, medium and heavy-duty – with a limit of four service calls per customer annually.

Full range of service options include:

  • Towing: The first 25 miles of towing is offered for both light and heavy-duty fleet vehicles
  • Locksmith: Help locked-out drivers get access to their vehicles
  • Battery boost: Receive jump starts for dead batteries or minor mechanical adjustments to get a vehicle going
  • Fuel delivery: Deliver up to three gallons of fuel to a vehicle that runs out of gas or diesel  
  • Winch service (for light-duty only): Pull light-duty vehicles stuck on ice, mud or snow from up to 30 feet off a public roadway
  • Tire change: Have a tire changed for a flat or blown-out tire using the vehicle’s spare
  • 24/7 availability: Reach a service professional anytime, anywhere in the U.S.
