TCA offers driver performance webcast
The Truckload Carrier Association’s (TCA’s) Truckload Academy will hold a webcast entitled Increase Productivity, Retention, and Profitability with a Driver Score Card on November 6, 2008 from 12 pm to 1:30 pm ET.
Led byDon Jerrell, vp of transportation services for HNI Risk Services, Inc., the webcast will teach fleets how to develop an objective scoring system for driver performance, create a formal process to ensure continuous improvement and implement recognition and reward programs, TCA said.
