Xtra Lease customers can now view copies of their invoices online, giving users secure and easy retrieval and storage of invoices for up to two years after they’ve been posted to the site, the company said.
The service is available to secure account website members. Users also have the ability to track trailers, run equipment reports and check equipment availability at Xtra Lease’s site.
“Our business is designed specifically to provide added value to our customers,” said Kathy O’Leary, vp of marketing for Xtra Lease. “We rent and lease trailers, but we do much more. We provide technology tools that enable fleets to cut transaction costs and operate more efficiently. Enabling users to retrieve and view invoices on the web is just our latest move in building more value.”
