Pilot Flying J Travel Centers announced today that Scan & Go scanning and Scan & Go document management service will not be available at former Flying J locations after Oct. 5th. Transflo Express truckstop scanning from Pegasus TransTech is offered at Pilot Flying J locations and will replace Scan & Go for fleets that sign up with Pegasus TransTech before Oct. 5th
Pegasus TransTech noted it operates the largest truckstop scanning network in North America, with more than 750 locations in the U.S. and Canada.
“It was not economically feasible to support multiple scanning options in the travel centers so we decided to offer our fleet customers the fastest and most reliable truckstop scanning service,” said Scott Wombold, Pilot’s vp of national accounts & wholesale fuel. It’s important that Flying J customers receive the same quality, availability, and value that Pilot customers have come to depend on over the years.”
According to Pegasus, TransTech, ists canning solution provides same-day access to delivery documents to speed cash flow for fleets and drivers. Documents are sent electronically to the fleet for immediate billing and payroll processing. Because the solution expedites document delivery, fleets and drivers get paid faster, the company said.
