Bill Anderson has joined Arsenault Assocs. as senior dir. of product development and IT, where he will lead a team supporting the company’s Dossier fleet maintenance management software. The company also announced that Frank Seibel will join the firm as senior software developer.
Working out of the company’s Technology and Development Center in West Chester, PA, Anderson comes to the company with over 30 years of project development experience, according to Arsenault president Jack Boetefuer. Just prior to joining Arsenault, he was dir. of product development for the Swiss technology company ABB Automation Inc.
“Bill is a ‘can-do’ hands-on manager, and has delivered results leading small, large, and virtual teams,” Boetefuer said. “He is a tremendous asset for Arsenault Associates and its customers who depend on Dossier to keep their fleets running efficiently at the lowest possible cost.”
Seibel, who has previously worked for the company on a contract basis, has extensive software experience from the financial industry and the military. “He’ll help us move forward with a number of important projects, including future upgrades to Dossier, ” Boetefuer said.
