A maintenance management software program designed to offer flexibility to fleets that do not need FleetNet America’s FleetNet program to manage vendors is now available from the company.
TMcare Systems Solution offers dynamic reporting engine capabilities over the web. It is designed to accumulate and report maintenance records – from every detailed mechanical repair for each individual unit to higher level accumulated reporting by location - of specific vehicles enrolled in the program.
System Solution uses the premise of match repairs to vehicle maintenance reporting standards, verify the repairs made, and pay the vendor’s invoice. The customer handles the set up of the vendor, purchase order (PO), and instructions for payment.
The invoice is then sent to FleetNet for processing and the billing department reviews, inputs and processes the invoice. The review includes updating the PO and other information, auditing the invoice for high prices and unreasonable repairs and communicating findings to the customer. Once the vendor invoice has been approved, FleetNet pays the invoice and invoices the customer for all paid invoices in a set time period.
Customers can also pay the vendor directly and just have FleetNet record the information.
