Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems has unveiled an integral height control valve (HCV) and automatic dump valve to help maintain outstanding load stability over the road and facilitate loading dock activity. The unit is designed to provide optimum performance with Hendrickson air-ride suspensions.

Triggered by the trailer parking brake, the valve automatically discharges when the brake is set and fills springs with air when the brake is released. It features a high-flow design for rapid dump and fill times.

For improved trailer maintenance, notes Hendrickson, the integrated valve eliminates the need for an add-on dump valve, reduces plumbing and presents fewer potential leak points. The new HCV features the same long-life and low air consumption as a standard Hendrickson HCV.
