The contract, which could worth up to $3 million annually, calls for CVG to supply both suspension and static seats for Hino products, beginning in the first quarter of 2011. The seats will be built at CVG’s plant in Vonore, TN.
“We are pleased Hino Motors Manufacturing has chosen CVG as their supplier of choice for seating in its North American products,” Mervin Dunn, president & CEO, said. “This is a testament to the quality and value of our National Seating products. Hino is recognized as one of the fastest growing medium-duty truck manufacturers in North America, and we are proud of our association with them and the opportunity to be a standard position product on their vehicles.”
