Xtra Lease has announced it will sell hundreds of trailers from the company’s U.S. and Canada rental locations. The trailers are from Xtra Lease’s rental fleet and span several model years, the company said.
“Trailer sales and conditional sale financing are important areas within Xtra Lease,” said Bob Keller, senior vp--sales. “Periodically, we take a look at our inventory and our fleet mix. Then we determine what adjustments are necessary to right-size the fleet to specific target markets.”
Trailers for sale include swing- and roll-door models, spring- and air-ride suspensions, aluminum and translucent roofs, 53- and 48-ft. dry vans, single- and multi-temp reefers and storage vans, the company said.
