Ridewell releases new trailer air ride suspension

Nov. 21, 2013

Ridewell Suspensions has released a completely new trailer suspension designed to strike the right balance between light weight and value, it said.

The RAR-266 Series trailer air ride suspension includes a 5 ¾ in, large diameter axle with short brake cams to minimize weight and increase strength. The design of the suspension structure further reduces weight and takes advantage of our robotic production process to reduce cost, Ridewell said.

The captured axle design ensures a durable axle connection and is an important part of the strength of the overall assembly, the company added.

Initial offerings include both narrow and wide pivot bushing models as well as 23k and 25k capacities.
