Swivel, disconnect features added to single, dual pole liftgate sockets

Phillips Industries has added swivel and automatic disconnect features to its new S1 and S2 single and dual pole swivel sockets for liftgates. The sockets are designed to extend the life of the liftgate charging cable and socket by offering cable strain relief near the base of the plug and eliminating pull-away damage to the socket, the company said.

Both the S1 and S2 feature the ability to swivel 80 deg. side and to side following the tractor, automatic disconnect and anti-corrosion components. Each has been tested to over 1 million cycles to ensure long life and reliability.

All the necessary hardware is included.
