A new company focused on wheel end products has launched with experience veterans of the wheel-end business in charge. Brian Beathard and Matt Stovall have partnered to create RevHD LLC.

The company will sell wheel-end products under the Revolution brand name.

The Revolution seal feature a one-piece design that can be installed by hand, tool or hammer, the company said.

“You can even use a block of wood,” said Beathard. “Either way, Revolution guarantees a perfect fit every time and a longer lasting seal.”

According to the company, the seals feature a warranty that includes the customer’s brakes. If their premium seal, the Rev Max, fails in the first 3 years, or their flagship Rev 1 seal fails in the 1st year, Revolution will provide a new seal and also pay for the customer’s next brake kit.

The seal comes with a free tube of seal lubricant, a special formula that allows for easier installation and helps prevent future leaks, RevHD said. The box itself, which is twice as strong as the competition’s, can be used as a template for semi-fluid grease.

“We tried to think of everything,” said Stovall. “We added 50% more steel and constructed double bumpers to withstand the harshest impacts. The sealing lip runs on a polished surface to provide even longer life. In addition to seals we have a single locking nut, bearing sets and hubcaps – and there’s more to come.”
