Firestone Industrial Products Company released its 2016 Air Spring Replacement catalog, which offers distributors, fleet owners and operators access to information."Without a doubt, this newly unveiled catalog reflects Firestone’s legacy of innovation and expertise, while also tapping into one of our core tenets—that the best partnerships are collaborative partnerships. In fact, we worked closely with OEM suspension manufacturers to ensure our redesigned replacement catalog has the information our distribution partners and supporting customers need to be successful, and we are eager to get this into their hands," said Mary Kay Bryja, division marketing manager, FSIP.The 2016 Air Spring Replacement catalog, available on the company’s website, is a collection of replacement parts, updated interchanges, specifications and detailed images. It also includes a quick cross reference of complementary products for adjacent markets, such as light duty and industrial. A tutorial on identifying Airide air springs, as well as an overview of associated components, are included to assist customers in the ordering and specification processes. The catalog pairs bellows numbers and assembly order numbers with detailed product illustrations including a cross section view, bead plate top view and piston bottom view, each of which are accompanied by dimensional information, the company said.
