Truck Matters LLC has introduced Recruiting Matters, which the company said is a comprehensive new product that brings together “an arsenal of tools intended to expedite the truck driver recruitment process and increase driver retention.”

Recruiting Matters is a portal of information about a driver's history. It brings together data on the driver’s history, risk and safety score all presented on one dashboard.

The entire pre-screening process is expedited by collecting this information into one location for easy review, according to the company. “Relying on the expert CSA knowledge of Truckers Matter, recruiters can spend less time researching standards and more time deciding whether a driver is right for their company,” according to a company announcement.

The new service gives recruiters more options, according to the company. During the prescreening process, higher risk drivers can be immediately placed into a driver development program such as i-Matter, another offering from Truck Matters.

“This allows recruiters to say yes to more drivers while continuing to maintain safety as the core focus of their hiring process,” the announcement.
