Terion has announced the launch of FleetView 3C, an extension of its FleetView trailer fleet management solution for domestic intermodal containers. The company added solar charging capabilities to allow the new FleetView device to operate on a container without an external power source.
In addition to containers, FleetView 3 can be installed on dry vans, refrigerated trailers and flatbeds. The system also supports reefer data monitoring, including temperature set point, fuel level, alarms and fault codes.
