    TransPro Inc. a manufacturer and supplier of aftermarket and OEM heating and cooling systems and components for autos and trucks, has appointed Richard A. Wisot as CFO effective June 6, 2001. He will succeed Timothy E. Coyne, vp and CFO, who is resigning to accept a senior financial position at another company. Wisot has over thirty years of experience in the aftermarket industry.     TransPro Inc. a manufacturer and supplier of aftermarket and OEM heating and cooling systems and components for autos and trucks, has appointed Richard A. Wisot as CFO effective June 6, 2001. He will succeed Timothy E. Coyne, vp and CFO, who is resigning to accept a senior financial position at another company. Wisot has over thirty years of experience in the aftermarket industry. He joins TransPro after having most recently served as a vp and CFO for Ecoair Corp. From 1975 to 1996, Wisot was with Echlin Inc., an automotive components manufacturer, where he was vp, controller and chief accounting officer.
