    Mediagrif Interactive Technologies has purchased the assets ofLiveListings.com Inc., a B2B e-marketplace that serves the truck and heavy equipment parts industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

    Through its electronic marketplace and subscription-based fax services, LiveListings.com assists over 2,000 registered member companies, including approximately 350 paying subscribers, in buying and selling second-hand, rebuilt and new parts for medium- and heavy-duty equipment to fleets.

    "The acquisition is in line with our marketplace development strategy," said Mediagrif chairman & CEO Denis Gabdois. "The truck and heavy equipment parts industry presents all the necessary criteria for the success of an electronic marketplace."
