Karmak said its ProfitMaster Scheduling product makes it easier to manage service schedules and dispatching of technicians by automating the scheduling of tools, bays, technicians, customers and trucks with repair orders.

Resource availability is quickly identified with color-coded calendars and a drag-and-drop interface lets users customize calendars and filter views to allocate resources and schedule appointments, the company noted.

Customer information is available with a simple point-and-click command and the system integrates with Karmak's business system.
