Minorplanet Systems USA Inc. has entered into a wireless agent agreement for GSM service with Cingular Wireless LLC, the nation's second-largest wireless carrier.

"Until now, Minorplanet has been exclusively reselling cellular airtime to its customers," said president & CEO Jana Ahlfinger Bell.
