    FedEx Freight will implement a 5.9% general rate increase, effective June 30, at both its FedEx Freight East and FedEx Freight West operating units.     FedEx Freight will implement a 5.9% general rate increase, effective June 30, at both its FedEx Freight East and FedEx Freight West operating units.

    This increase applies to intra- and interstate traffic, including Canadian trans-border and other international lanes, as well as accessorial and minimum charges.

    FedEx Freight said various additional adjustments would be made to select lanes and service areas.
