    Kenworth Truck Company now offers a 13,200-lb. steerable lift axle on selected Kenworth Class 8 vocational truck models.

    According to the OEM, the Watson & Chalin Tru-Track Alumilite steerable lift axle provides greater payload capacity, reduces tare weight by nearly 150 lbs. compared to the company’s prior models, and is more durable thanks to extended life bushings.

    It also offers a quick change ride height system, offering heights of 7- to 18 in., 13.5-in. axle travel, up to 11-in. axle lift, pre-loaded locking fasteners, parallelogram design, and a five-year warranty.
