Caterpillar Truck Engine Division appoints new GM

Caterpillar’s Truck Engine Division has tapped Sarah J. Anderson to be its new gm, responsible for managing the worldwide marketing, sales and support for Caterpillar’s mid-range and heavy-duty truck engines. Caterpillar’s Truck Engine Division has tapped Sarah J. Anderson to be its new gm, responsible for managing the worldwide marketing, sales and support for Caterpillar’s mid-range and heavy-duty truck engines.

Anderson, a 20-year Caterpillar employee, is replacing William Mayo, who was promoted to a leadership position in the Track Type Tractor Division.

Anderson has held previous positions in Caterpillar’s Engine Division, and most recently served two years as gm of the Caterpillar Service Technology Group in Peoria, IL.
