TSI primarily serves the food industry, providing refrigerated and dry van trailer service with 39 tractors and 118 trailers, plus a maintenance and operations terminal.

C2 president & CEO William T. Donovan said that TSI would be integrated into Total Logistic Control (TLC), C2's third-party logistics subsidiary. TLC, based in Zeeland, MI, will increase its fleet size to 335 tractors and 560 refrigerated and dry van trailers through the acquisition of TSI's operation.

C2 also owns 70% of Zero Zone, based in North Prairie, WI, which manufacturers refrigerated and freezer display cases for grocery, convenience and drug store chains.
