Goodyear’s North American commercial tire systems has restructured its executive management to streamline its retreading operations.

Goodyear’s North American commercial tire systems has restructured its executive management to streamline its retreading operations. The new business team centralizes functions such as manufacturing, product supply and sales & marketing, the tire maker said.

Joe Zekoski has been appointed director of retread systems. Previously, since 2001, he was director of commercial and farm tire technology, and before that served as gm— sales & marketing of retreading.

“(Zekoski’s appointment) formalizes the linkage of all functions that are required to make better decisions that advance the company’s retread business,” said Steve McClellan, vp— Goodyear N.A. commercial tire systems.
