Woodridge, IL-based Hendrickson has announced the availability of its Haulmaax walking-beam rear suspension and Primaax air-ride rear suspension on Western Star trucks.
According to Hendrickson, the Haulmaax has emerged as “the new standard for rubber vocational suspensions” in 40,000- and 46,000-lb. capacities. Haulmaax applications include construction, mixer, refuse, logging and other heavy-duty vocational uses. Its key features include high articulation, improved ride, low maintenance and reduced weight, said Hendrickson.
The company said the Primaax is aimed at a wide range of vehicles in demanding vocational applications, including dump trucks, heavy-haul tractors and truck-mounted cranes. Its benefits, said Hendrickson, include greater stability, increased articulation and improved ride quality.
