• Bar’s Products appoints national sales manager

    Max Douglas has been named national sales manager for Bar’s Products. Douglas, who has 40 years of automotive aftermarket sales and marketing experience, will have day-to-day responsibility for the U.S. and Canadian markets and direct regional managers and rep groups.

    “A real professional, Max comes to us with an incredible background of experience, knowledge and success, which includes time served at key brand names such as Berryman, CRC, and most recently, Blue Magic,” said Jim Moffitt, vice president of sales & marketing. “I am thrilled he was persuaded to join our team.”

    Douglas is a member of the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Assn. (AWDA) and the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Assn. (AAIA).

    He has served on many product and marketing board as well as on several manufacturers’ rep councils.
