CarriersEdge recently released the 2026 Best Fleets to Drive For, recognizing for-hire trucking companies across North America for outstanding workplace experiences for company drivers and owner-operators. The company, which provides online driver training for the trucking industry, evaluated fleets across multiple criteria, including compensation, benefits, HR strategies, professional development, operations, and work/life balance.
The 2026 results introduced new entries and changes to the Top 20 and Hall of Fame fleets, reflecting the year’s operational challenges. Four fleets made the Top 20 for the first time, one new fleet entered the Hall of Fame, and eight returning Hall of Fame fleets requalified.
