June 7, 2023
RPM Truck Repair provides truck and repair services from two locations in Illinois. The deal adds to FleetPride's network of 300-plus locations, including 80-plus service centers and five distribution centers.

Irving, Texas-based FleetPride, distributor of truck and trailer parts and a service provider in the independent heavy-duty aftermarket, said June 6 that it acquired the assets of RPM Truck Repair, a provider of truck and repair services with two locations in Effingham and Mount Vernon, Illinois.

This move enhances FleetPride's service capabilities and solidifies its commitment to delivering solutions to the heavy-duty industry, according to a company release. The RPM Truck Repair acquisition extends FleetPride's national parts and service capabilities footprint. With RPM Truck Repair's expertise in truck maintenance and repair, FleetPride is positioned to support fleet customers in central and southern Illinois, according to the release.
