The topics are as following:

  • On May 24,TCA will discuss how an intermediary—whether it’s an agent or broker—can affect outcomes of disputes such as vicarious liability, freight claims, offsets, and payment of freight charges.
  • On June 7,TCA will discuss the key to driver retention in the first 90 days.
  • On June 13-14,TCA will discuss how to implement a successful independent contractor program.
  • On June 26-27,TCA will discuss the strategies of an effective fleet manager.
