    Marmon Highway Technologies (MHT) has acquired TSE Brakes Inc., a Fresno, CA-based manufacturer of double diaphragm air brake actuators and service chambers. TSE will continue to operate as an independent company under its existing management team, which is led by president Greg Smith.

    MHT’s line of undercarriage products includes Webb Wheel brake drums, rotors and hubs;
    Leland brake and wheel parts; Triangle suspension systems and components; and Marmon-Herrington axles and transfer cases for all-wheel drive applications

    “TSE is a fine addition to our group of companies,” said MHT president Kelly Dier. “This acquisition recognizes TSE’s value to the commercial vehicle industry and will provide additional resources enabling TSE to invest in new products and technologies. TSE will continue to grow in both domestic and international markets.”
