Phillips Industries has named Filiberto Coello general manager of its electrical harness division (EHD), where he will be responsible for the division’s production and customer service operations.
Coello has nearly 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, with 14 years as a general manager, Phillips said, working to convert manufacturing operations from traditional to lean factories.
Phillips’ electrical harness division recently moved to a new site in Saltillo, Mexico.
