OPW Fuel Management Systems, part of OPW Fueling Components, has scheduled its next onsite product training seminar for June 19-22 in Greensboro, NC.

OPW Fuel Management Systems, part of OPW Fueling Components, has scheduled its next onsite product training seminar for June 19-22 in Greensboro, NC.

The seminar will introduce service personnel to the K800 and System2 products, with an overview on Network Interfaces, and will be held at the Holiday Inn Express, 3114 Cedar Park Rd., Greensboro, NC. The seminars will begin at 8 a.m. EDT and will continue until 5 p.m. on each of the four days. The cost of the training course is $350; application and payment must be received two to four weeks in advance of the seminar. All lodging and transportation are the responsibility of the attendee. A cancellation within two weeks prior to the seminar will result in the forfeiture of the $350 registration fee.

This course is designed to make service technicians more effective through hands-on training. During the seminar, instructors will demonstrate K800 and System2 system start-ups and the general operation of the products. Attendees are asked to bring a laptop computer and voltage meter to the seminar. This is a required course to certify or re-certify for fuel-control product testing. OPW FMS will award certificates of achievement on systems that are covered during the seminar. In order to receive certification, attendees must pass a mandatory test on each system.

Virtual Training Seminars Scheduled for June

OPW Fuel Management Systems has also posted the dates and times for its virtual product training seminars in April, all of which are free to qualified OPW FMS distributors and technicians:

• June 6, from 9-11 a.m. CDT, will focus on the FSC3000Ô Fuel Site Controller and ARTware
• June 13-14, from 9-11 a.m. CDT, will focus on the K800 Phoenix Premiere® Software

All virtual course registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis with registration closed one business day prior to training. A minimum of five registrants are required to conduct an online seminar with a maximum of 15 in each class. Attendees need high-speed Internet access, an Internet e-mail address and must meet the systems requirements found at http://support.webex.com/support/system-requirements.html.
