Founded in 1987, DMR specializes in designing, manufacturing and repairing industrial electronics.
“Increased electronics content in the heavy duty market has required us to continue to support our customers with genuine quality remanufactured electronic products,” said Friedrich Baumann, DDR’s president. “We have been searching for just the right partner to carry out this mission and grow into this rapidly expanding section of the remanufacturing market.”
Baumann said DMR’s corporate officers would remain in their leadership positions to ensure a smooth transition. Hugh Vidovic will lead the engineering activities of the new company, while Gary Grangruth, COO of DMR, will lead the operations and sales activities.
