FleetMind Solutions has introduced a new monthly service option for waste and recycling fleets interested in implementing fleet management solutions.
Allowing fleets to pay on a monthly basis for services frees up cash for other expenses and may also provide favorable tax advantages, FleetMind said.
“Our customers frequently had to choose between using their capital expenditure budgets to buy new trucks or invest in technologies to significantly improve their operations,” said Martin Demers, CEO. “Justifying the budget to measurably improve your business should not come down to a question of more equipment versus an investment in essential technologies. Both are critical to a healthy waste management organization. In response to customer demand, we created a new service model that will deliver our fleet management solution in a more budget-friendly way.”
According to FleetMind, converting to a service-oriented approach will lower upfront costs and provide a quicker return-on-investment.
Other benefits include an “all-in” agreement requiring no additional costs for maintenance, warranty or software upgrades; lower costs due to reduced overall capital expenditures; reduced risks with no hidden costs and no budgetary concerns over ongoing support, maintenance and upgrades; and the simplicity monthly payments offer in budget planning and demonstrated return-on-investment.
