Ridewell adds to trailer suspension family

Ridewell has added three new suspensions to its RAR-260 trailer suspension lineup. The RAR-260 offerings now include a tall-mounting-height 25,000-lb capacity overslung suspension; a tall-mounting -height 30,000-lb weld-on and 30,000-lb bolt-on overslung suspensions; and a high-travel 30,000-lb overslung model

Ridewell has added three new suspensions to its RAR-260 trailer suspension lineup. The RAR-260 offerings now include a tall-mounting-height 25,000-lb capacity overslung suspension; a tall-mounting -height 30,000-lb weld-on and 30,000-lb bolt-on overslung suspensions; and a high-travel 30,000-lb overslung model.

The 25,000-lb overslung unit is available with both weld-on and bolt-on hangers. The bolt pattern is compatible with industry standard bolt-on patterns, Ridewell said.

The 30,000-lb weld-ons and a full line of 30,000-lb bolt-on overslung suspensions also include bolt patterns compatible with industry standards. They are available in mounting heights ranging from 15 to 24 in.

The high-travel 30,00-lb overslung unit has a new hanger that allows for up‐travel at a 17‐in. mounting height with travels of 4.2 in. up‐travel and 3.0 in. down‐travel mounting heights.
