Understanding Retreading, a full-color, 16-page brochure published by the Tire Industry Assn. and the Tire Retread & Repair Information Bureau is now available for purchase. The brochure includes the following sections: Why retreads? Are retreads safe? And If you want to be green. Also, in addition to photos, all six steps of the retread process are discussed.
