According to TCA, misclassification of employees and recruiting and retaining owner-operators are critical issues for the trucking industry. This webinar, free to TCA members, will also shed light on what carriers need to know as they look to find the right mix of company drivers and independent contractors.
Webinar panelists will also discuss the pros and cons of company-sponsored lease-purchase plans, what to look for in third-party sponsors, and strategies that large and small carriers can use to ensure a more reliable and stable pool of owner-operators.
