    Oct. 9, 2014

Trincon Group is offering an educational program for trucking executives to help improve business results.

Set to kick off on Oct. 16, the program will be held in two parts, the second of which will be held on Oct. 23. It will present strategies and tactics including:

    • Asset utilization optimization
    • Maximizing the return on assets
    • Business organization
    • Management reporting
    • Key performance indicators
    • Cost modelling
    • Pricing strategies
    • Driver retention

“It’s no secret that many trucking firms are finding it difficult to maintain profitability” said Duff Swain, president of Trincon Group. ”While most industry observers are forecasting increased demand for freight services, driver shortages, increased regulation and ever increasing costs are making it difficult for many firms to operate productively and profitably.  This doesn’t have to be.”

For more information on this program go to the Trincon Group website at www.trincon.com/resources/webinars, or contact Trincon directly at 614-442-0590.
