Kemer (at right) joined Bendix as a staff engineer in 1996, managing a complex line of pneumatic valves. Since then, he has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility with the Valves and Modules business unit, most recently serving as director. In his new role, he assumes executive oversight of the Valves and Modules group, providing strategic and business team leadership. He also joins Claus Beyer, vice president and gm, Brake Controls and Electronics Technology, on Bendix’s Controls Governance Board.

Kemer is a graduate of the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio, holding a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. He is also a graduate of the Bendix Strategic Leadership Program.
