Lang Mekra North America LLC has achieved certification to the new ISO/TS 16949:1999 standard. American Quality Assessors recommended the company for certification in May, with final certification issued June 4 by the International Automotive Task Force. Lang Mekra North America becomes one of 30 companies in the United States and one of fewer than 100 companies worldwide to be awarded this new certification.
