ArvinMeritor's newest and most effective customer-service tool, the OnTrac computerized call-center system, has been completely rolled out to all North American fleets and dealers.The center provides customers rapid response with diagnostics, and troubleshooting assistance while expediting warrantable claim determination and rapid reimbursement.
Fleet customers are encouraged to phone the DriveTrain Plus Customer Service Center at 800-535-5560, and dealers are urged to call the OnTrac Call Center at 866-668-7221.
