J J Keller & Associates Inc has introduced DVD versions of its Drug & Alcohol Testing: Training & Awareness Program and Reasonable Suspicion Testing: Training For Supervisors, two training programs to help companies comply with Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing and training requirements.
The Drug & Alcohol Testing program provides drivers with a plain-English overview of DOT's drug and alcohol testing requirements and explains their rights and responsibilities under the regulations. A quiz is included for each topic to reinforce key information.
Reasonable Suspicion Testing is designed to provide DOT-required training and show supervisors what to look for when determining reasonable suspicion. The program includes various scenarios showing proper procedures. It explains what types of observations supervisors need to make; common symptoms of alcohol and controlled substance abuse; how to document observations; how to approach suspected drivers; who must conduct testing; and how to respect driver privacy.
Each program also includes a facilitator's guide and support materials to enhance training.
Drug & Alcohol Testing (180-DVD) and Reasonable Suspicion Testing (182-DVD) are available for $329 each by phoning 800-327-6868. Callers should reference Action Code 02003 when ordering. Both programs are provided on VHS for $259 each.
