Maddocks Systems and SkyBitz have signed an agreement that Maddocks will use SkyBitz's Global Locating System (GLS) technology to power an advanced trailer module for its Truckmate client server product.

The SkyBitz trailer tracking system will be used to provide improved operational efficiencies. It can alert the customer if a trailer is misrouted and reduce out of route miles. The module will also allow fleets to reduce their trailer to tractor ratio.
