Bellevue WA-based Coldwall Inc has begun its Sea-Trial Program for its refrigerated containers.

“Real-life testing on one of the longest sea routes (from New Zealand to northern Europe) provides us with an important opportunity to clearly demonstrate the superiority of our Coldwall technology,” said Robert Dale, president and chief executive officer of Coldwall.

This first sea-trial with the Turners & Growers Group of New Zealand (T&G) is one of many planned with several owner/shipper groups. T&G is one of the world’s largest processors of fruit and vegetable products, as well as apple ingredients for the international food and beverage industry.

“We are now well into the final phases of our Five-Step Development Plan,” said Dale, “and with successful sea-trial results we expect to progress rapidly to significant deployment within several key markets and start accepting orders.”
