Trans-System’s fleets, which include TWT Refrigerated Service and James J. Williams bulk transportation, once again is turning to LACED Agency to boost its driver recruitment efforts.

Trans-System, the parent of three transportation companies with a combined fleet of nearly 1,000 tractors, selected the digital agency to manage its fleets’ media and driver recruitment campaigns for the second year in a row. LACED’s duties include media strategy and ideation, media planning and buying, marketing, lead generation, reporting and analysis.

“We are thrilled to be named the agency of record (AOR) for Trans-System fleets,” said Natalie DiBlasi, co-founder of LACED Agency and strategy executive for marketing and media. “Now, LACED has the opportunity to continue building on our successes with Trans-System and collaborating with their teams to drive exceptional driver candidates into their recruitment funnel utilizing digital marketing tactics and inventive lead generation strategies.”

The Redondo Beach CA-based agency works together with key personnel at Tran-System, including director of driver development Otto Welch and marketing and social media manager Chad Reiling, to further the company’s driver recruitment efforts. Together, they ensure regulatory compliance for media and advertising, and set the tone for Trans-System as an employment brand.

“In the first six months of our partnership, LACED Agency drove a 43.62% increase in lead volume for our driver recruitment campaigns working with the same budget as our previous agency,” Reiling said. “The LACED team’s efforts resulted in a 67.39% increase in hires over that time. They also reduced our cost per lead and cost per hire by significant margins.

“Today, LACED Agency continues to increase the quality of leads for our recruitment funnel by implementing various lead optimization programs that work to identify leads with a higher probability to close and target them. They have been outstanding to work with over the past year, and we are excited to keep innovating our lead-gen programs with them driving results for Trans-System.”

Welch credited the agency’s experience in lead-generation campaigns, as well as B2B digital marketing, as key factors in Tran-System’s decision to work with LACED.

“The unique balance they bring to the table, from strategy to creative to technology, and their astute problem-solving skills are key to our success in generating quality driver candidates every month, in both prosperous and challenging economic times,” Welch maintained. “They have brought Trans-System’s brands to life in a way we hadn’t imagined, from creative storytelling to resourceful lead-gen strategies that drive our bottom line delivering lowered CPLs and CPHs, and targeted data capture implementations that meet our goals and resonate with drivers. LACED continues to complement our team’s strengths.

“They are collaborative, responsive, and exceptional in delivering on time and within budget. We are excited to have them as our AOR for the second year in a row.”
